Position Overview

The Customer Service & Sales Associate at arenaflex is a pivotal member of our Delivery Excellence team. Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will engage with customers and business owners through inbound calls, outbound outreach, and digital platforms. Your mission is to resolve routine product or service inquiries, provide technical guidance, and uncover growth opportunities that drive revenue for both our clients and arenaflex. This role blends customer advocacy, consultative selling, and process improvement, making you a trusted partner for every stakeholder you interact with.

Key Responsibilities

  • Multi‑Channel Engagement: Utilize phone, email, live chat, and social media to build positive, lasting relationships with clients and business owners.
  • Knowledge Hub: Serve as the go‑to source for existing processes, while actively contributing ideas for new business strategies and service enhancements.
  • Consultative Support: Address customer needs across four core areas—Customer Service, Technical Support, Sales, and Business‑to‑Business (B2B) functions—ensuring each interaction adds value.
  • Research & Resolution: Conduct thorough research and analysis to deliver accurate, high‑quality solutions, documenting outcomes for future reference.
  • Cross‑Functional Coordination: Partner with internal teams (e.g., Product, Operations, Billing) and external partners to maximize resources and turn every client touchpoint into a potential growth opportunity.
  • Process Implementation: Execute business processes that align with arenaflex’s service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify trends, suggest process refinements, and participate in training sessions to elevate overall service delivery.
  • Flexibility & Availability: Adapt to shifting schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be prepared for on‑site assignments when required.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in a BPO environment or a similar customer‑focused industry.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in business communication—both verbal and written English—with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Strong customer service aptitude, capable of conducting consultative conversations that build trust and drive satisfaction.
  • Basic technical knowledge, including familiarity with common IT concepts (e.g., networking basics, software troubleshooting, hardware components).
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

  • Industry‑standard certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or similar technical credentials (not mandatory but advantageous).
  • Experience with sales enablement tools, ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk), or omnichannel communication platforms.
  • Previous exposure to account‑based selling or upselling techniques that resulted in measurable revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior team members or lead small project initiatives.
