This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in outbound sales, enjoy building relationships, and want to grow their careers with a forward-thinking company that values performance, development, and work-life balance.

At arenaflex, we partner with leading brands to deliver exceptional customer experiences and measurable sales results. As a Customer Acquisition Associate, you will play a vital role in driving revenue by demonstrating the value of our clients' products and services, securing contract renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities within your assigned territory. If you have a passion for sales, a knack for problem-solving, and the determination to exceed targets, we want to hear from you.

About arenaflex and the Role

The Customer Acquisition Associate position at arenaflex is ideal for professionals who excel in high-volume, outbound sales environments. This remote, full-time role is based out of Tennessee, but our team members work from home across the United States. You will be assigned to a dedicated territory and work closely with a collaborative team, reporting directly to a Sales Manager. Your primary mission will be to engage customers, articulate product value, and consistently achieve or surpass your revenue-based quota.

This role is not just about making calls—it's about building trust, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive long-term satisfaction and business growth. Whether you are qualifying leads, converting prospects, conducting health checks, or renewing contracts, you will serve as the voice of the customer and a key contributor to arenaflex's continued success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory and Quota Management: Operate within a dedicated sales territory to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue quotas by selling service renewals, new contracts, and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Accurate Sales Forecasting: Provide detailed and accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts to leadership, helping the team plan and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Product Mastery: Develop deep product knowledge and a strong technical understanding of services to effectively assess client requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Customer Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address customer concerns or roadblocks that may hinder satisfaction, product usage, or renewal decisions.
  • Competitive Positioning: Manage external competitive pressures and skillfully handle objections to retain existing customers and win new business.
  • High-Volume Outreach: Manage a high volume of customer contacts daily through phone and email, with the majority of communication being outbound.
  • Professional Engagement: Collaborate with your team and management to ensure a professional, positive experience during every customer and prospect interaction.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured and leveraged for ongoing sales efforts.
  • Versatile Sales Motions: Execute various sales activities, including lead qualification, lead conversion, customer health checks, advocacy, and contract renewals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive team and report directly to a Sales Manager who is invested in your success and professional growth.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Location: Ability to commute to the Nashville, TN hub as needed for team meetings, training, or company events.
  • Sales or Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of experience working in a customer service, sales, or related capacity.
  • Quota Achievement: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding personal and team sales goals.
  • High-Volume Calling: Proven experience managing high-volume outbound calling campaigns.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability and willingness to learn new technologies, data systems, and product offerings quickly.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate customer challenges.
  • Software Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • CRM Experience: Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com or a similar customer relationship management platform.
  • Remote Work Readiness: Prior experience or strong willingness to work effectively from a home office environment.

Preferred Skills and Competencies

  • Excellent Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively.
  • Resilience and Adaptability: A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Customer Empathy: Genuine passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setting.
  • Team Player Mentality: A collaborative spirit with a commitment to supporting team goals and shared success.
  • Self-Motivation: A driven, self-starter approach with minimal need for direct supervision.

This is a fully remote position available to candidates based in the United States, with a particular focus on Tennessee. While you will work primarily from home, occasional travel to the Nashville hub may be required for training, team meetings, or special events. The work is generally sedentary in nature, involving regular use of a computer, keyboard, telephone, headset, and other standard office equipment. You should have a dedicated, distraction-free workspace and reliable internet connectivity to perform at your best.
