  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional products, services, or upgrades that genuinely benefit the customer. Your goal is to enhance the customer’s experience while supporting business growth.
  • Accurate Record-Keeping: Document every interaction thoroughly in our CRM system. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer communications, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
