The Senior Manager of Strategic Finance Technology & AI Analytics will lead the design and optimization of data systems and analytical processes to enhance financial decision-making through AI and automation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a data strategy aligned with business goals, leveraging AI-driven analytics to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities
- Build and maintain robust data sets from multiple sources to support financial intelligence initiatives
- Develop and maintain finance data models, dashboards, and reports to meet business and reporting needs
- Apply statistical methods, modeling, and AI/ML techniques to detect anomalies, forecast performance, and support strategic planning
- Lead and build a high-performing technical team, providing direction, mentorship, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for executives and stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business analytics, statistics, computer science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ yrs in financial analytics, data management, or related roles; 3+ yrs in a managerial capacity
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar for data analysis and automation
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools, data warehouses, BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, SAS), and automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
- Strong quantitative aptitude, ability to interpret complex datasets, and present findings effectively
- Leadership, strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and change management
- Advanced degree preferred
