The role involves completing a recorded AI-led video interview focused on lead management processes, including capturing, qualifying, and routing leads, as well as diagnosing lead-management failures.

Responsibilities

  • Capturing, enriching, deduping, scoring, and qualifying leads
  • Configuring lead routing logic, territories, ownership rules, and SLA monitoring
  • Managing MQL-to-SQL handoff workflows, acceptance, rejection, and feedback loops
  • Diagnosing lead-management failures across marketing automation, CRM, and sales processes
  • Explaining workflows specifically within: lead capture, qualification, routing, SLA management, and marketing-to-sales handoff workflows

Skills

  • 7+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, lead management, or sales operations supporting lead lifecycle workflows
  • Direct, hands-on experience in lead capture, qualification, routing, SLA management, and marketing-to-sales handoff workflows
  • Experience making or influencing decisions related to MQL definitions, dedupe and enrichment rules, routing logic, SLA commitments, rejection reasons, CRM hygiene, escalation paths, and compliance constraints
  • Familiarity with tools such as: Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, LeanData, Pardot, Eloqua, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Outreach, Salesloft, Slack
  • Strong ability to clearly explain workflows, decisions, and reasoning
  • Experience owning or directly executing these workflows in a real production environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with HR, legal, payroll, finance, HRIS, business leaders, people managers, or compensation committee stakeholders as relevant to the workflow
