[Remote] Maximo Project Manager

As a Maximo Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver custom development solutions and manage the maintenance and support of applications, ensuring projects are completed within scope, cost, and timeline.
Responsibilities
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing requirements including IBM, client employees, and 3rd-party vendors to ensure effective resource allocation and project plan execution
- Establish Communication Plans: Develop an effective communication plan to deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders and ensure successful project outcomes
- Manage Project Scope: Ensure that the project is completed within the specified scope, cost, and timeline, while meeting the business requirements and contractual obligations
- Drive Project Outcomes: Possess experience with project management methodologies and tools to drive successful project outcomes
- Deliver Status Updates: Deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and visibility into project progress

- Deep Expertise in Project Management Methodologies: Experience with project management methodologies and tools to establish effective communication plans, manage project scope, and drive successful project outcomes
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Experience in leading cross-functional project teams, including IBM, client employees, and 3rd-party vendors, to ensure effective resource allocation and project plan execution
- Complex Project Planning: Experience with managing project plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing requirements to ensure projects are completed within specified scope, cost, and timeline
- Stakeholder Management: Experience in developing and executing effective communication plans to deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders and ensure successful project outcomes
- Contractual Obligations Management: Experience in managing projects to meet business requirements and contractual obligations, ensuring successful project outcomes and minimizing risks
- Maximo Application Suite Experience: A minimum of 5 years working with Maximo, versions 7.x, 8.x and 9.x preferred, experience with Manage, Health, Predict, and Mobile. Utilities industry experience
- Master's Degree
- Project Management Tools: Experience with project management methodologies and tools to establish effective communication plans, manage project scope, and drive successful project outcomes
- Agile Development Methodologies: Exposure to agile development methodologies to deliver custom development solutions or manage the Maintenance and Support of applications
- IT Service Management: Experience with IT service management principles to ensure effective resource allocation and project plan execution
