[Remote] Regional Vice President of Sales - EAST COAST

Kennedy Bond is supporting an innovative, high-growth healthcare technology company as they seek a Regional Vice President to lead enterprise relationships across the East Coast. This role involves owning a portfolio of strategic accounts and leading complex enterprise sales and expansion initiatives while building C-suite relationships across major health systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow executive relationships across large health systems and strategic accounts
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, contract negotiations, renewals, and expansion opportunities
- Create and execute long-term account strategies aligned with customer objectives
- Engage senior clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders through a consultative approach
- Partner closely with internal commercial, product, marketing, and customer success teams to maximise customer value
- Monitor market dynamics and identify opportunities for continued growth within assigned accounts
Skills
- 10+ years of success in healthcare technology, medical device, digital health, or health IT sales
- Significant experience managing enterprise or strategic health system accounts
- A proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and navigate complex buying processes
- Strong commercial, financial, and strategic acumen
- A consultative sales style with a track record of delivering against ambitious revenue targets
- The flexibility to travel throughout the East Coast region
