Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst with a strong foundation in supply chain operations. This role will partner with the Supply Chain team to design AI-enabled tools that enhance inventory planning and decision-making through practical analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Supply Chain team to gather and prioritize planning and inventory reporting needs
  • Design and build interactive, user-friendly tools that give supply chain stakeholders visibility into inventory status and planning recommendations
  • Apply AI tools to support scenario modeling and decision support for inventory planning and optimization
  • Think through end-to-end supply chain processes, including inventory planning, multi-echelon inventory, and optimization mechanics
  • Translate supply chain problems into clear analytical approaches and visual outputs
  • Build and maintain data pipelines that source, transform, and deliver clean data to planning tools and reports

Skills

  • Supply chain or operations background
  • Ability to think critically about inventory planning problems and supply chain mechanics
  • Working experience with Python for analysis and visualization
  • Experience building interactive dashboards
  • SQL proficiency — comfortable querying and transforming data from relational or cloud data warehouses
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude code, Codex)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
