Delphi-US is a national IT Services firm based in Newport, Rhode Island, seeking a Programmer Analyst with strong C# development experience. This role focuses on application configuration, analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation within a tax processing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Configures the STARS application
  • Performs analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation for application changes
  • Enhances code and develops required fixes to production problems using the functional and technical programming standards of the GenTax system
  • Executes required steps for implementing SQR change requests in the FAST Gentax system and tracks changes in the Fast Central Repository (FCR) according to project standards
  • Coordinates work with other software developers to support delivery
  • Participates in structured code reviews and walkthroughs
  • Executes assigned responsibilities with little direct supervision of a team leader

Skills

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or commensurate experience
  • Has experience with C#
  • Has experience with PostgreSQL
  • Has experience with Visual Studio
  • Has 5 years of programming experience
  • Has 2 years of experience with one of the following technology systems: Gentax, Fast DS-VS, Fast UI-PL, or Fast CSE
  • Has experience with Fast Core components
