[Remote] Group Product Manager

They are seeking a highly experienced Group Product Manager to lead the development of AI-first product solutions that enhance customer interactions with healthcare plans. This role involves defining product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful product innovations.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy and roadmap for AI-first solutions aligned with customer and business needs
• Own products across the full lifecycle, from ideation through delivery, measurement, and iteration
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
• Define product requirements, write user stories, and manage backlog prioritization
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and influence system architecture and design
• Champion product vision and build alignment across internal and external stakeholders
• Serve as Product Owner within Agile frameworks, participating in all Scrum ceremonies
• Optimize product development processes to improve delivery speed, quality, and team impact
• Communicate product performance, metrics, and roadmap updates to stakeholders
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
• Use data-driven decision-making to prioritize initiatives and measure success

Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B2C environments
• Proven experience building AI-powered enterprise SaaS products
• Experience serving as Product Owner in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)
• Strong experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex products
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or marketplace-based platforms
• Experience with tools such as Atlassian suite, Jira, Miro, Figma, and generative AI platforms (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT)
