Responsibilities
- Perform daily, monthly, and ad hoc account reconciliations and maintain related records
- Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies in a timely manner
- Prepare and respond to month-end reporting requests
- Collaborate with banks to enhance information flow
- Assist with training and onboarding of new associates
Skills
- Experience in trade management and trade industry
- Understanding of fixed income product domains
- Experience with financial technology systems
- Knowledge of the trade back office life cycle and trade processing
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
