Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Harmonic Finance Inc is a high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS business focused on redefining healthcare operations. They are seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to lead the RevOps function, ensuring the commercial teams are equipped to grow efficiently and sustainably while aligning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success around common revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Revenue Operations function, designing and executing strategies that align Sales, Marketing and Customer Success around common revenue goals
  • Develop and own a RevOps roadmap focused on maximising customer acquisition, expansion and retention across the full customer lifecycle
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration
  • Design, implement and manage sales commission plans and incentive structures that drive the right behaviours and align with broader financial objectives
  • Lead the annual quota-setting process in partnership with Sales Leadership and Finance, ensuring targets are equitable, motivating and aligned to company growth plans
  • Develop and maintain optimised territory structures and account assignments to maximise market coverage and minimise internal conflict
  • Oversee the ongoing administration of sales compensation and incentive programmes
  • Own the Sales Analytics function, delivering actionable insights across pipeline health, forecast accuracy and individual rep performance
  • Develop and maintain reporting on market whitespace, total addressable market and account potential to surface untapped revenue opportunities for Sales leadership
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, lead quality and funnel conversion rates to optimize spend and ROI
  • Build a robust analytics framework covering revenue metrics, customer health, pipeline efficiency, churn and retention
  • Own revenue reporting dashboards, ensuring senior stakeholders have timely visibility into the KPIs that matter most
  • Oversee the Deal Desk function, ensuring efficient and compliant structuring of complex deals, pricing approvals and discounting frameworks
  • Streamline contracting processes in close partnership with Legal and Finance, ensuring all agreements are executed accurately and at pace
  • Collaborate with Product and Finance to align pricing, packaging and new product launches with revenue growth targets
  • Partner with Finance to manage and track the go-to-market operating budget, ensuring strategic and efficient allocation of sales and marketing spend
  • Lead the planning process for revenue forecasting, setting quarterly targets and KPIs in close collaboration with Finance and Sales leadership
  • Standardize and streamline processes across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to deliver a consistent, scalable customer experience
  • Own the strategic roadmap, governance and adoption of the revenue technology stack, including CRM, conversation intelligence, customer success and marketing automation platforms
  • Develop training programmes and change management processes to drive high adoption of revenue tooling across go-to-market teams
  • Drive optimisation of the lead-to-opportunity process, lead scoring and database management to ensure clean data and efficient handoffs between Marketing and Sales
  • Build, lead and mentor a high-performing Revenue Operations team, setting clear goals and performance expectations aligned to broader company objectives
  • Create a team culture that is analytically rigorous, commercially minded and operationally excellent

Skills

  • 8+ years' experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or a comparable function within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and aligning teams around common revenue goals
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business insight and action
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and modern revenue technology stacks, including marketing automation and customer success platforms
  • Proven track record of building and scaling RevOps functions to support rapid growth
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to operate credibly at senior leadership level
  • Experience within a PE-backed business, or exposure to a high-growth scaling environment
  • Background in territory planning, whitespace analysis and quota design
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight, HubSpot or equivalent platforms
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
