[Remote] Senior Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Breeze is a dynamic startup backed by Sequoia Capital, focused on building a universal payment layer for seamless transactions. The Senior Account Executive will lead strategic outreach, build relationships with partners, and drive deals in the payments and fintech sectors.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for diverse clients across the US
- Develop and execute strategic outbound campaigns targeting key decision-makers
- Tailor sales messaging and collateral to each prospect’s business model and challenges
- Build compelling business cases to displace incumbents and prioritize switching to Breeze
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine GTM strategies and inform product direction
Skills
- 5+ years of B2B closing sales experience in Payments related technology sectors
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in competitive markets
- Ability to develop compelling business cases, negotiate effectively, and close at the executive level
- Experience with enterprise or mid-market sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in payments, fintech, or gaming-related industries
- Ability to thrive in complex, high-value deal environments
- Strong skills in tailoring messaging and building trust quickly
- Startup grit and adaptability to shifting priorities
- Exceptional communication skills to distill complex solutions into clear pitches
