Bootcamp Mentoring is a well-established company in the business opportunity and education coaching space, seeking a motivated High-Ticket Closer to join their remote sales team. The role involves taking strategy sessions with warm leads, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process while maintaining a consultative approach.
Responsibilities
- Taking pre-booked Zoom strategy sessions with warm inbound leads and buyers who have already invested in our ecosystem
- Speaking with prospects to understand their goals, challenges, current situation, and level of readiness
- Running structured sales calls using our proven framework while keeping the conversation natural and consultative
- Presenting the offer clearly and confidently when the prospect is a good fit
- Handling objections around price, timing, belief, trust, spouse/partner approval, and decision-making
- Helping prospects make a clear decision without pressure, hype, or aggressive sales tactics
- Following up with prospects who need more time, miss calls, or require additional touchpoints before deciding
- Working closely with appointment setters to improve booking quality, show-up rate, and lead handoff
- Keeping accurate notes in the CRM, updating pipeline status, and tracking call outcomes, follow-ups, payments, and closed deals
- Contributing feedback to improve scripts, sales process, offer positioning, and overall close rate
Skills
- Based in the United States
- Strong spoken English with a clear, professional, and trustworthy communication style
- Previous high-ticket sales or closing experience required
- Comfortable selling via Zoom strategy sessions
- Strong objection-handling skills
- Available to take calls during agreed sales windows
- Coachable, reliable, performance-driven, and comfortable being held accountable to numbers
- Stable internet connection, quiet workspace, reliable computer, and ability to take video/Zoom sales calls
- Excellent CRM discipline and strong follow-up habits
- Experience selling coaching, consulting, education, or business opportunity offers preferred
- Familiarity with Close.io CRM preferred
