[Remote] Account Executive

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing a pipeline of prospective advisor partners, running discovery and demo calls, and closing new business while collaborating with leadership to improve sales processes.
Responsibilities
- Run discovery and demo calls with prospective advisor partners
- Manage prospects through the sales cycle from initial conversation to close
- Follow up consistently with inbound and outbound opportunities
- Maintain accurate notes, activity tracking, and pipeline updates in the CRM
- Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, objection handling, and sales process
- Apply coaching and feedback to improve performance over time
- Help ensure smooth handoff and onboarding for newly closed accounts
Skills
- Experience in a sales, account executive, or business development role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence running calls, handling objections, and moving deals forward
- Highly coachable and willing to follow established processes
- Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities at once
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience using CRM systems to track activity and pipeline
- Financial services, wealth management, lead generation, or consultative sales experience
- Startup experience
