[Remote] Account Executive
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Netsmartz is a global digital transformation company helping SaaS businesses, enterprises, and ISVs scale through software engineering, AI, and cloud solutions. They are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Account Executive to join their sales team, responsible for managing the sales process, responding to leads, delivering presentations, and maximizing deal value.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads in a timely & disciplined manner
- Conduct qualification calls to identify pipeline-worthy opportunities
- Deliver sales presentations, along with identifying economic buyers early in the sales cycle. Identify prospect needs, understand business drivers behind requests, and explain our value proposition
- Consistently hit weekly and monthly qualification calls, demos, and pipeline development targets
- Map out account hierarchies and multi-thread into target accounts
- Utilize various sales tools, social selling etc. to help with insightful prospecting & follow-up
- Attend weekly pipeline and deal progression meetings
- Work with the sales, support & management team to strategize on deal activities
- Maximize deal value and bring them to closure
- High level of drive and take ownership of sales opportunities and results
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education
- Previous 4+ years' experience of B2B sales experience in a SaaS organization
- Prior software sales experience involving complex sales processes or products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience selling into the enterprise and mid-market
- Experience in navigating the organizational hierarchy and identifying & getting to the economic buyer
- Experience and confidence in presenting to influencers & decision-makers in a mid to long sales cycle
- Executing mutual close plans with champions, and having that “tough” conversation when necessary
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
- Strong work ethic and time management skills
- Experience in selling Health Care solutions
