[Remote] Account Manager, EMS

As an Account Manager, you will nurture and grow relationships with university partners, manage marketing campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to drive enrollment success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service and work quality while demonstrating attention to detail, flexibility, and innovation in resolving problems quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
  • Organized, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver
  • Advocate both internally and externally for solutions required to drive business outcomes and ensure client performance expectations are met
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report the level of partner and internal teams’ satisfaction and recommend appropriate corrective action as required
  • Maintain knowledge of competitors and their presence in assigned territory
  • Budget management, in liaison with the Director of Account Management
  • Review performance metrics, pacing, and forecasting for the partner and internal teams
  • Review creative and project status plans and escalate issues as necessary
  • Facilitate meetings with internal resources working on partner school
  • Communicate strategy and direction for partner school to internal resources

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field of study a plus
  • The ideal candidate for the Account Manager position should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to establish trust and collaborate with others both internally and with external partners
  • Results-driven, with exceptional team-building skills
  • Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Open-minded and eager to expand business knowledge across multiple departments
  • Excellent written and communication skills; strong presentation skills
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, email
  • Ability to work successfully in a predominately remote environment

  • An understanding of the Higher Education and Post-Secondary Education sector
  • Media and integrated marketing savvy
  • Proven ability to interpret data from multiple sources
  • Able to develop and manage performance metrics
