[Remote] Specialty Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Devereux is a leading national nonprofit behavioral health organization dedicated to making a difference in people's lives. They are seeking a dynamic National Specialty Recruiter to identify and attract top talent, manage recruitment processes, and enhance employee value propositions across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conducts multi-site recruitment for Devereux Center's specialty roles on a national scale
- Manages initial recruitment process of attracting, sourcing, and phone-screening qualified candidates to recommend for interviews
- Utilizes traditional and modern recruitment methods to post positions and source candidates
- Develops candidate pipeline for anticipated future needs, to reduce time-to-hire/fill, expands candidate pool organization-wide, and improves candidate quality
- Assists with supporting Center high volume needs, executive level recruitment, program expansion, recruiter vacancies, and international recruitment initiatives
Skills
- Bachelors Degree strongly preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of education
- Minimum five (5) years high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in health-care, human services and/or non-profit setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, and Human Resources Information systems, specifically applicant tracking systems
- Requires demonstrated proficiency using multiple techniques for candidate identification, including, but not limited to: referrals, internal databases, Internet sourcing, social recruiting, cold calling and direct recruiting to obtain qualified candidates
- Experience with international recruitment preferred
