[Remote] Product, Performance Marketing
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Valid is a seed-stage company operating at Series A scale, headquartered in San Francisco. They are seeking a performance marketing expert who will manage client interactions and define campaign structures while also interfacing with engineering to translate marketing processes into products.
Responsibilities
- Interface directly with clients
- Define what the ideal campaign structure is for Valid clients
- Manage and hire a team of marketers to use tooling you help design to deliver a best-in-class ads experience
- Interface directly with engineering translating marketing processes into real products
Skills
- 7+ years of performance marketing experience within an agency or head of growth role
- Manage +$500,000/month of ad spend across the following platforms: Meta, TikTok, Google, Other advertising channels
- Comfortable analyzing data and deploying statistical methods to 'read the tea leaves' of an ad account
- Served in client facing roles as senior POC
- Managed and hired a team of marketers
- Advertising for mobile apps, mobile app attribution (SKAN), and Apple ads
