[Remote] Senior Full Desk Recruiter (Agency Experience A Must)

This role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including business development, client management, and candidate sourcing while delivering exceptional recruiting services across various industries. Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new client partnerships through cold calling, networking, referrals, email outreach, and social selling
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market presence
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client hiring needs, organizational structure, culture, and growth objectives
- Negotiate service agreements, fee structures, and terms of engagement
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers, executives, HR leaders, and decision-makers
- Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, hiring trends, and recruitment best practices
- Conduct regular client check-ins to identify new hiring needs and ensure satisfaction
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process
- Source, identify, and engage passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess technical skills, experience, motivations, and cultural fit
- Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed evaluations and recommendations
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication between clients and candidates
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide timely feedback throughout the process
- Facilitate offer negotiations between clients and candidates
- Manage compensation discussions and expectations
- Assist with reference checks, background checks, and onboarding coordination as needed
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for both clients and candidates through placement completion
- Maintain accurate records within the ATS and CRM systems
- Track recruiting metrics, activity levels, placements, and revenue goals
- Generate consistent recruiting and business development activity to maintain a healthy pipeline
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and labor market conditions
Skills
- 3+ years of recruiting, staffing, executive search, sales, or business development experience
- Proven ability to develop new business and build client relationships
- Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with ATS, CRM platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Experience in agency recruiting, executive search, or staffing
- Experience supporting Technology, Engineering, Sales, Finance & Accounting, HR, Legal, Operations, or Executive-level searches
- Established professional network within relevant industries
- Experience recruiting both active and passive candidates
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
