Responsibilities

  • Act as the dedicated point of contact for Fellows, ensuring they remain engaged, informed, and motivated
  • Provide Fellows with the necessary training, collateral, and pitch support to make high-quality introductions
  • Manage lead goals through rigorous time management and data-driven tracking, preparing regular reports on partner activity, lead quality, and conversion metrics
  • Qualify opportunities and transition them into the sales pipeline
  • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, proposing and implementing changes to the Fellows program to increase efficiency and lead volume

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development
  • Experience with partnership programs
  • Bachelor's degree
  • US-based location
