About the Role

As a Data Entry & Marketplace Growth Specialist at arenaflex, you will be at the forefront of expanding our third-party (3P) seller ecosystem. Your work will directly contribute to enriching the product selection available to customers, optimizing pricing strategies, and elevating the overall convenience and quality of the shopping experience. This position combines data accuracy, seller relationship building, analytical insight, and strategic execution—making it ideal for candidates who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and want to grow alongside an industry-defining organization.

You will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-potential seller accounts, identifying product selection gaps, and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies that attract key marketplace players to join the arenaflex platform. Your contributions will maximize product selection depth, broaden our customer base, and reinforce arenaflex's reputation as the premier destination for online discovery and purchasing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Expertise Development: Build a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, including seasonality, global trends, emerging product categories, and competitive activities. Continuously monitor competitor efforts to identify opportunities for arenaflex and its seller partners.
  • Seller Acquisition & Prospecting: Identify, prospect, and onboard high-potential sellers to the arenaflex platform through direct outreach, virtual presentations, and industry events. Cultivate lasting partnerships that drive mutual growth.
  • Seller Enablement & Coaching: Guide sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help them achieve high standards of delivery performance, customer experience, and business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (Category Management, Marketing, Operations, and Analytics) and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Data Entry & Accuracy: Maintain meticulous records of seller information, product catalogs, pricing data, and performance metrics within arenaflex's internal systems. Ensure data integrity across all marketplace operations.
  • Performance Analysis: Track seller performance using key metrics, generate reports, and present findings that inform strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  • GTM Strategy Execution: Implement go-to-market strategies that attract new marketplace players and expand product selection in alignment with arenaflex's growth objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and innovative approaches to enhance seller satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree is required, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years of successful business-class sales experience, preferably within e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries. Recent graduates with strong internship or project-based experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Sales Achievement: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets using consultative and solutions-focused sales processes.
  • Market Expansion Experience: Experience promoting new products or services into emerging markets is strongly preferred.
  • Communication Excellence: Advanced verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations, negotiate effectively, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: A robust working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the broader MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Comfort with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with comfort working alongside complex financial data sets.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving environment. Enthusiasm for success, a winning mindset, and a willingness to embrace challenges are essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of e-commerce experience is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics sector is a plus.
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in additional languages (Spanish, English, Portuguese) is highly valued given our global marketplace operations.
  • Prior experience with marketplace platforms, seller analytics tools, or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.
