  • Resolving Complex Member Inquiries: Assess and research routine member and provider inquiries, requests, and concerns to determine root causes and initiate appropriate corrective actions
  • Preventing Escalations: Proactively mitigate and prevent complaints from escalating by implementing effective resolution strategies during initial contact
  • Multi-Channel Support: Provide high-quality customer service through various communication channels including phone calls, live chats, and emails in a fast-paced contact center environment
  • Documentation Excellence: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all member and provider information and communications through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
