Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for supporting the Digital Business Development team in all aspects of data analysis. Your primary objective will be to transform complex data into clear, actionable reports that enable effective business decision-making and drive sales growth. Here is a detailed breakdown of your responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various digital channels, including websites, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and advertising platforms to generate meaningful insights that improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Data Management: Responsible for managing all data assets, including marketing data, customer data, website data, product information, and logistics data while maintaining data accuracy, integrity, and security across all repositories.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and opportunities that aid in the development and execution of data-driven strategies aimed at enhancing customer experience and driving revenue growth.
• Trend Analysis: Examine data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that optimize business performance and inform critical business decisions at all levels of the organization.
• Dashboard Development: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that enable teams to visualize data insights, monitor performance metrics, and derive actionable intelligence from complex datasets.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation that outlines data collection, analysis, and reporting processes to ensure consistency and reproducibility across the organization.
