Remote Occupational Therapist in SC
A contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist specializing in telehealth services within a school setting. This fully remote position is based in Charleston, SC, providing flexibility in location while supporting students' developmental and functional needs through virtual intervention.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and interventions via telehealth platforms.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Utilize a virtual platform equipped with assessments, interactive learning tools, and clinical resources.
- Attend virtual meetings and trainings using access to a Zoom Pro account and dedicated clinical support.
Qualifications
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials valid in South Carolina.
- Experience delivering OT services in educational environments preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in telehealth service delivery and virtual communication tools.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
