More about the role About the role: Admin & Payroll Specialist (Spanish Speaker) 📍 Location: Piła, Poland (On-site or Remote) We are currently looking for an Admin & Payroll Specialist to join our HR Services team. In this role, you will support employees, managers, and HR stakeholders by managing HR-related queries and ensuring a seamless employee lifecycle across multiple European countries. This is a great opportunity to work in an international environment, gain exposure to modern HR systems, and contribute to continuous process improvements. Your responsibilities Handle incoming HR queries via email and chat in a professional and timely manner Maintain and manage HR data and processes across multiple systems (Wrokday, SAP and Service Now) Prepare contracts, letters, and documentation related to employee lifecycle changes Support employees, managers, and HR Business Partners in using HR tools and self-service platforms Ensure proper follow-up and communication when resolving complex queries Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and services Act as a first point of contact for employees during implementation of new HR initiatives, policies, and programs Your profile Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Fluency in English and Spanish (required) Experience in a customer service environment (HR experience is a plus) Understanding of HR processes is an asset Strong multitasking and time management skills Ability to work effectively with demanding stakeholders High level of integrity when handling confidential information Strong interpersonal and analytical skills Comfortable working with digital tools; experience with HR systems or case management tools is a plus What we offer Professional onboarding and continuous learning opportunities within a global organization Clear development paths and career growth possibilities Annual performance-based bonus Private medical care (with option to extend to family members) Benefit System card Why join Signify?
