What You Will Be Doing: A Day in the Life

Required and Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred: At least 1 year of customer service-related experience in a professional setting.
  • Preferred: At least 1 year of call center experience, either in-person or remote.
  • Required: Basic computer literacy, including comfortable navigation of web-based applications, the ability to type at 30+ words per minute, proficiency in copy/paste functions, and the ability to manage multiple open tabs simultaneously.
  • Required: Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills in written communications.
  • Required: Residency in one of the following U.S. states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah.
