Title : Software Developer III Location... Remote Duration 12 months Rate $75/hr on C2C Description Experience Summary: The candidate selected for this position should have at least 10+ years of increasing responsibility for positioning and delivering IT Security Solutions. The candidate needs to have a track record of successful executive (CxO) interaction, consultative selling and leading the delivery of successful consulting engagements in this area. A Bachelors degree (BA/BS) is essential with an advanced degree highly desirable along with previous "Big Four or Five" Consulting and Security & Risk Management Consulting experience. Strong experience in several of the following technical areas would be expected. Required Core Technical Skills Minimum 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing Oracle Identity and Access Management products namely OIM, OAM, OID, OUD, OVD, OEM, SOA. 5+ years Java/J2ee development experience with JDeveloper. Experience with Oracle Identity Manager 12c, Oracle Access Manager 12c, Oracle Unified Directory 12c, Oracle Identity Cloud Service, Oracle Internet Directory (OID), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Oracle Identity Governance (OIG), Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and Oracle Virtual Directory (OVD). Experience with upgrading the Oracle Identity and Access Management environments to 12c version required. Experience in creating/deploying new SOA composites and workflows using JDeveloper. Experience on OIM (Oracle Identity Manager) connectors for Microsoft AD (Active Directory), Microsoft Exchange, PeopleSoft and Office 365 required. Oracle Access Manager experience with configuring different authentication schemes including Kerberos and Federation. Experience in developing Oracle Identity Manager adapters/ event handlers. Installation and configuration experience of Oracle Identity and Access. Management products in a high availability architecture. Additionally Has Certification as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional or be qualified to sit within first six months for the examination, or CISM. Written corporate governance policies. Experience working with senior management at large multi-national corporations. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to all management levels within customer organization. Ability to identify key decision makers and project supporters.

Job Description

Deep understanding of identity and access management fundamentals and ability to assess current state and develop needed workflow, provisioning, authentication, authorization, and associated governance and policies. Design, integrate and implement Identity and Access Management component Build governance programs linked to business processes with a clear vision and well-defined goals. Analyze existing business processes to support provisioning of resources and to ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory requirements. Architect comprehensive Identity and Access Management strategic design plans and project approaches according to our established methodologies. Assist our customers in developing a complete security Identity and Access Management program. Assist our customers in designing, specifying, and implementing identity management solutions. Assess compliance of security policies and practices in accordance with regulations such as Sarbanes Oxley, GLBA and HIPAA. Broad understanding of general security technologies, including NT, W2K and UNIX operating systems, networking, firewalls, scanners, security policies, physical security, cryptography, PKI, directory services, VPN, IP-Sec, etc. Must understand Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) concepts and elements. Must have a strong background in directory integration and XML scripting. Must have strong systems integration experience with various COTS applications.
