Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred, but not required. We welcome applicants with a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role.
  • Availability: Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a flexible schedule to accommodate changing business needs.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Certification: Certification in customer service or a related field is preferred.
