- Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify operational trends and performance gaps.
- Apply statistical techniques and machine learning models to optimize processes and enhance decision-making.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to evaluate business performance, uncover inefficiencies, and suggest improvements.
- Develop automated data collection, transformation, and integration solutions across multiple sources.
- Track and assess key operational metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Reporting & Visualization
- Design and maintain real-time dashboards to monitor business performance.
- Utilize tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio to create compelling visual reports.
- Automate recurring reports to ensure real-time data accuracy and efficiency.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights through detailed presentations and storytelling. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with finance, marketing, and operations teams to align data insights with business goals.
- Partner with data engineers and scientists to enhance data pipelines and analytics infrastructure.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership for process optimization and business strategy development.
- Communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills Technical Expertise
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Operations Analyst, or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis languages.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio).
- Strong experience with ETL processes, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and database management.
- Hands-on knowledge of predictive modeling, forecasting techniques, and statistical analysis.
- Ability to optimize SQL queries and automate workflows to increase efficiency. Soft Skills
