Responsibilities

Track and capture company expenses using Google Sheets/Excel models Track and analyze weekly and monthly marketing reporting Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business performance Forecast revenue and expenses to support strategic decision-making Provide financial insights and recommendations to the management team Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting Skills 2–4 years of experience in Financial Analysis Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Clear and effective communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Conversant in company financials with little to no additional training needed Familiar with marketing platforms like Meta, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc Familiar with Shopify is a plus Example of Financial Model Required ideally Company Overview Inside Out empowers growth-focused small businesses with elite support services that drive scale, boost margins, and reclaim valuable time.
