Reporting directly to the Senior Litigation Manager, you will help drive efficiency across our litigation and corporate practice groups while supporting the firm’s mission to provide high‑quality, client‑focused legal solutions from anywhere in the United States. Case File Management:
Create, maintain, and audit electronic case files in

, ensuring 100 % compliance with our document retention policy for every matter originating in North Charleston, South Carolina. -
Legal Research:
Conduct statutory, case law, and regulatory research using

, summarizing findings in concise memoranda for senior attorneys within 48 hours of request. -
Drafting & Review:
Prepare pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements in
Microsoft Word

E‑Discovery Support:
Upload, tag, and produce documents in

Client Communication:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients in North Charleston, South Carolina and elsewhere, providing status updates via
