Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients using telehealth platforms.
- Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with state regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with mental health best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in providing telehealth services is preferred.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology.
