Nevada Occupational Therapist| Remote | 20262027 School Year Position Overview We are seeking a licensed and experienced Virtual Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide remote therapy services to K12 students throughout Nevada during the 20262027 school year. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to support students in achieving their educational goals through teletherapy while collaborating with school teams, families, and special education professionals. The ideal candidate is passionate about student success, comfortable utilizing virtual platforms, and experienced in developing creative, engaging therapy interventions in a remote environment. Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Provide direct teletherapy services to students in a virtual setting.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, special education staff, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions remotely.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and service logs.
• Recommend accommodations, modifications, and adaptive strategies to support student participation.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Qualifications

Required

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Nevada Occupational Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure before start date.
• Current NBCOT certification.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a secure home office environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills.

Preferred

• Previous school-based occupational therapy experience.
• Experience providing virtual therapy services.
• Familiarity with IEP processes and special education compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of assistive technology and remote intervention strategies.
