POSITION OVERVIEW The Publisher Account Manager will own and scale relationships across our global publisher network. This is a performance marketing role focused on driving high-quality traffic to our owned and operated coreg properties. You’ll sit at the intersection of partnerships, analytics, and media buying — working hands-on with publishers to optimize campaigns, improve lead quality, and unlock scalable growth opportunities. PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Partner management: Build and maintain relationships with publishers, onboard new partners, and ensure long-term engagement, serving as the primary point of contact for an international and domestic book of business.
  • Campaign operations: Launch and manage campaigns, adjust budgets and payout rates, and ensure campaigns run smoothly.
  • Performance optimization: Monitor lead quality and campaign performance, then make data-driven adjustments.
  • Analysis & reporting: Track KPIs, evaluate performance trends, and provide actionable insights to partners.
  • Strategic growth: Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns and expand existing partnerships to drive incremental revenue.

CANDIDATE OVERVIEW The successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident person with at least:

  • 3–5+ years of experience REQUIRED in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, lead generation, or media buying
  • Proven success managing publisher / affiliate relationships (coreg or sweepstakes experience is a strong plus)
  • Strong understanding of traffic acquisition and monetization strategies
  • Hands-on experience with performance metrics like CPL, CPA, CPC, CVR
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
  • Experience with platforms like Tune, HasOffers, Everflow, or similar
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

The successful candidate will also demonstrate the following abilities:

  • Communicative - Must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop, and maintain business relationships
  • Adaptable - Capable of adjusting to changing priorities, sometimes daily
  • Analytical - The ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Resourceful - Great at solving unstructured problems with little to no supervision in a fast-paced, high stakes environment
  • Team Player - Demonstrates a strong ability to contribute to the business along with business unit team members and managers; establish collaborative relationships with peers.
