In this role, you will assist clients by coordinating service requests, answering questions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth process from initial inquiry through completion. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations. You will provide information, coordinate service details, manage updates, and ensure all documentation is maintained accurately. The ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients to understand requests, preferences, and service needs Provide professional support and guidance throughout the coordination process Manage confirmations, updates, and changes while ensuring accuracy Maintain detailed records and organized documentation within company systems Monitor active requests and follow up as needed to ensure timely completion Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally Coordinate information between clients and service providers when applicable Deliver a positive and seamless client experience from start to finish

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using email, online systems, and digital communication tools Customer service, call center, administrative, hospitality, or support experience is beneficial but not required Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset
