As a Client Scheduling Consultant, you will assist with appointment coordination, schedule management, and client support while ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at managing details, solving problems, and working independently in a remote environment.

What You'll Do

Coordinate scheduling requests and assist with appointment management Communicate with clients regarding availability, confirmations, and scheduling updates Help organize and maintain calendars, reservations, and related service arrangements Review information for accuracy and address discrepancies when needed Assist clients with modifications, rescheduling requests, and general support needs Monitor ongoing requests and provide timely follow-up communication Maintain organized digital records and update information within company systems Collaborate with team members and participate in training and development programs
