Overview
The Sr. Account Executive (SAE) oversees and manages the workflow and execution of various multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on Tier I Recalls. The SAE works within the account team and production teams to execute activities for our automotive client accounts.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Engagement and Planning Participate in client’s marketing planning process. Plan for future marketing requirements beyond current marketing programs. Lead project planning and scheduling. Assist in project planning and scheduling for campaigns across channels. Assist to build and manage field training and material as needed. Liaison and Coordination Assist manager to serve as liaison between client, field sales, creative, production, and data teams. Engage with client field teams. Communicate project status and changes with account team, clients, and production team. Prepare well-organized, clear, and concise memos, conference reports, and documentation. Approval and Quotation Prepare internal and external quotes and approvals. Pursue and process approvals from account team, clients, and production teams. Production Management Develop and oversee launch and production schedules. Manage all project workflow with production teams. Coordinate outside vendor production, as needed. Ensure client sign-off on all phases of production. Data and Reporting Manage all data processing and program information. Prepare data processing specifications and requests. Process and distribute reports to internal and external customers. Work with Data Team to track program results and generate response reports. Problem Solving and Efficiency Assist in resolving project issues in a timely manner and help prevent future issues. Increase efficiency of programs as needed. Project Closure and Billing Assist in managing the workflow of projects from production to execution. Manage all cost tracking and ensure project is billed correctly. Quality Assurance and Updates Provide proofing and audit of campaign materials and deliverables. Update client status reports. Other Duties Travel to engage with clients - may include quarterly or annual visits. Other duties as assigned. Working Relationships: Position will interact with every department in the company and will interface with client senior management. Strong communication and administration skills are essential.
Qualifications
Experience: 4+ years of experience in related account role or automotive campaigns Excellent written & verbal communication skills Able to work independently; self-starter, with strong initiative Highly organized and detail-oriented, while coordinating multiple projects simultaneously A strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint expertise is a must Automotive marketing experience and/or SalesForce.com application experience a plus Must be familiar with the use of presentations, meeting minutes, and status reports Automotive marketing or digital media experience a plus BS degree in Business, Marketing or Communications, or comparable experience Able to work 8:30AM - 5:00PM in a team environment in EST or CT Additional Information The Power of One starts with our people! Compensation
Range: USD $59,850.00 - USD $78,800.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
