No OPTs, or H1 with less than 12 years workday time tracking experience Workday Time Tracking Responsibilities Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking functionality Gather business requirements from HR, Payroll, and Operations teams Design and configure: Time entry codes Time calculation rules Work schedules Shift configurations Overtime rules Time approval workflows Support time clock integrations and third-party vendor interfaces Configure absence and leave integrations with Time Tracking Maintain security roles and domain permissions related to time entry and approvals Troubleshoot time calculation issues, missing punches, and approval errors Perform system testing for new releases, enhancements, and patches Support Workday bi-annual releases and regression testing Create and maintain reports and dashboards for time and labor data Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate payroll processing Assist with data audits, compliance, and labor law requirements Develop user training materials and conduct end-user training Support production incidents and resolve tickets within SLA timelines Common Configuration Areas Time Entry Templates Calculated Time Time Calculation Tags Eligibility Rules Worktags Shift Scheduling Time Off Integration Payroll Input Integration Time Block Validation Rules Required Skills Experience with Workday HCM and Time Tracking modules Understanding of Payroll and Absence Management Knowledge of labor compliance regulations Business process configuration experience Report writing using Workday Report Writer EIBs and integrations knowledge preferred Analytical and troubleshooting skills Testing/UAT experience Stakeholder communication skills This is a remote position.
