RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the organization in timely handling of losses for the organization. Deals with a diverse group of important external callers and visitors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload, recommend changes in clinics or procedures. QUALIFICATIONS Education: - Associate degree in healthcare, legal or related field, required - Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, legal or related field, preferred - Certification/Licenses: - License and/or certification in healthcare risk management, preferred - Valid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings. Compliance with the company Driver Safety Operations and Motor Vehicle Records Check Policy is required. - Previous Experience: - Minimum two (2) years’ previous healthcare risk management, legal or claims management experience preferred.
