Summary

Reporting to the team leader, the charting instructions coordinator, in collaboration with the team, handles communication with the clients to create posting instructions for advertising campaigns. The instructions coordinator works closely with internal and external parties to manage creatives.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and create clear posting instructions for all OOH products and markets Manage revisions for creatives and advertising campaigns Coordinate and manage creative deadlines with clients Follow up and coordinate material delivery Communicate with external and internal partners to obtain necessary information and problem solve Perform all other related tasks Critical Qualifications Organized, detail oriented Autonomy and resourcefulness The ability to multitask, prioritize and work with tight deadlines Able to maintain interpersonal relationships, communicate effectively and offer great client service Knowledge of English required written and spoken: In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada(essential) Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word and Excel) and Windows (essential) Bachelor’s degree in administration or another relevant field (advantage) 2 to 3 years of relevant experience (advantage) Experience with charting or broadcast programs (advantage) Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The advertised salary range may vary slightly as it is based on the company’s current salary structure, which may be revised by the company, from time to time, at its sole discretion. The agreed upon salary may also vary from the advertised salary ranges depending on several factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, experience and internal equity. For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
