Area Sales OfficerArea Sales OfficerPiramal Pharma Limited is seeking an Area Sales Officer to drive sales and achieve targets within a designated geographical area, fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals and channel partners. Job Responsibilities:** * Achieve assigned sales targets for a range of pharmaceutical products within the designated territory.

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize market penetration and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, chemists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on product features, benefits, and proper usage.
  • Manage product availability and visibility at retail outlets and ensure efficient supply chain management.
  • Organize and participate in medical camps, product presentations, and other promotional activities.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and expense statements accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing and distribution, to achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the assigned territory.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and healthcare industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Results-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in local language and English, both spoken and written.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite).
