Project Description The team builds tools that help users work with audience insights, segmentation, performance metrics, and cross-channel data in a clear and efficient way. The environment involves large-scale real-time data, third-party integrations, and high standards for reliability, performance, security, and compliance. Technologies Java, Spring Boot / Spring, gRPC, REST APIs Vue.js, React Oracle DB, MongoDB, Vertica, Druid Kafka AWS, on-premises environments

What You'll Do

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to develop advanced platform features; Contribute to architectural discussions and support the development of new product capabilities; Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend components; Build and optimize backend services that support large-scale data processing and real-time analytics; Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of platform services across AWS and on-premises environments; Job Requirements 4+ years of commercial experience in software development; Strong Experience with Java, Spring / Spring Boot; Experience with Vue.js (React is a plus); Experience with distributed systems and high-throughput data processing; Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases; Knowledge of cloud platforms; Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes; Strong problem-solving and debugging skills; Proactive approach, strong communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a team; Willingness to participate in pager duty rotation; English level: B1+ or higher; What Do We Offer The global benefits package includes: Technical and non-technical training for professional and personal growth; Internal conferences and meetups to learn from industry experts; Support and mentorship from an experienced employee to help you professional grow and development; Health insurance; Sports activities to promote a healthy lifestyle; Flexible work options, including remote and hybrid opportunities; Referral program for bringing in new talent; Work anniversary program and additional vacation days.
