What You'll Do as a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex

Demonstrate Reliability and Commitment

Consistent attendance and a firm commitment to being present and on time for the entirety of every shift is essential to our mission. This reliability ensures that we are always ready and available to support customers when they need us most. In the event of unexpected circumstances or scheduling conflicts, we ask our representatives to be proactive in communicating and planning ahead whenever possible.

Manage a High Volume of Customer Contacts

You will handle approximately 50 to 60 customer contacts per shift in a fast-paced, highly structured environment. This role requires efficient multitasking, as you will typically be engaged with multiple customer interactions throughout your shift. The pace is energizing, the expectations are clear, and the support systems are designed to help you succeed.

Exceed Our High-Performance Bar

You will work diligently to exceed customer satisfaction goals, meet and surpass key performance metrics for service excellence, and take on additional responsibilities as assigned. Success in this role means consistently delivering quality outcomes while maintaining the speed and accuracy our customers expect.

Deliver Professional, Bilingual Customer Engagement

As the voice of arenaflex, you will build genuine relationships with customers who reach out via phone calls, live chat, and email correspondence. Conversation topics span a wide range, including returns, exchanges, delivery logistics, product availability, order status updates, and much more. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to best serve our diverse customer base.

Actively Listen and Demonstrate Empathy

You will practice active listening to fully understand each customer's unique concerns, then leverage internal resources to identify the best possible solution for complete problem resolution. Empathy is at the heart of every interaction, and your ability to connect with customers on a human level will set you apart.

De-Escalate Challenging Customer Situations

Most customers contact us because they have a problem and need our help. You will apply proven conflict management skills to balance customer needs with company capabilities, always maintaining professional composure and a solutions-oriented mindset. Your calm, confident approach will turn potentially frustrating moments into trust-building opportunities.

Troubleshoot and Solve Problems Creatively

Solutions are never one-size-fits-all at arenaflex, which is why our customer service representatives do not read from pre-filled scripts. You will be granted a meaningful degree of autonomy to help customers find the right answer for their specific situation. Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving are essential as you work toward first-contact resolution.

Be Tech-Savvy and Multitask with Ease

You will navigate multiple browsers, tabs, internal tools, and screen views to answer questions quickly and efficiently. The ideal arenaflex representative is computer literate, comfortable navigating various technologies on a daily basis, and genuinely enjoys learning new programs and systems.

Contribute to Continuous Improvement

Help us keep getting better. You will identify areas where arenaflex can improve the customer experience and share emerging trends, recurring issues, and actionable insights with leadership. Your observations and ideas will help shape the future of our service operations.

What You'll Bring: Essential Qualifications

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this position.
  • Educational Background: A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Language Proficiency: You must be able to read, write, and understand both English and Spanish fluently.
  • Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of Windows operating systems or equivalent platforms is required.
  • Training Commitment: arenaflex wants to guarantee your success, which is why our paid training program is 100% mandatory for all new hires. We are unable to accommodate time off, extended breaks, or scheduling delays during the training period.
  • Assessment Completion: Qualified applicants must successfully pass a candidate assessment to advance to the interview stage of our hiring process.
