Position Overview

The Remote Customer Service Representative – Inbound Support Specialist at arenaflex is a work-from-home role that serves as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance. In this position, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through phone calls, email, chat, and other digital channels. You will be responsible for resolving routine inquiries, troubleshooting basic technical issues, documenting customer interactions, and delivering experiences that consistently exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound customer calls using a structured call flow guide to ensure consistency and quality in every interaction
  • Resolving customer inquiries related to products, services, billing, account management, and basic technical troubleshooting
  • Documenting all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly within internal CRM and ticketing systems
  • Retrieving and updating customer information in databases to maintain data integrity and support service continuity
  • Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services that align with customer needs and preferences
  • Delivering every interaction with empathy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to create positive outcomes
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics related to quality, customer satisfaction, response time, and productivity
  • Collaborating with team members and cross-functional partners to resolve escalated issues and share best practices
  • Participating in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and professional development opportunities to continuously sharpen your skills

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Must be a recent graduate of Ultimate Medical Academy
  • At least one year of customer service experience (retail, healthcare, call center, hospitality, or related fields accepted)
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Some positions may require an associate degree or higher, and/or a two-year medical certification
  • Open availability, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. residential address
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • A quiet, distraction-free home workspace
  • A desktop or laptop computer capable of completing required PC and internet testing (a work computer may be provided depending on the position)
  • High-speed wired internet connection (wireless, hotspot, or satellite connections are not permitted)
  • A smartphone for authentication and communication purposes
