[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Growth Acquisition

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dave is a financial app on a mission to build products that level the financial playing field. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth Acquisition, to lead the product strategy and implementation of their Marketing Technology ecosystem, focusing on user acquisition and retention across web and app platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own and define Dave’s MarTech Stack, including paid channel automation (SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic, etc), attribution, lifecycle, and experimentation infrastructure
  • Own end-to-end enablement of web growth strategy — from CMS, landing pages, and experimentation to web-to-app and deep-linking — while partnering with core product teams to streamline registration, onboarding, and the full paid media-to-app customer journey
  • Act as the connective tissue across Engineering, Data, and Marketing — ensuring alignment on priorities, clarity on plans, and efficient execution toward business outcomes
  • Drive rapid web experimentation by building and maintaining experimentation frameworks and infrastructure to test new growth hypotheses, from channel to creative to landing experiences
  • Drive the best-in-class playbooks and stay ahead of privacy changes to platform and policy shifts, as well as new entrants and new technologies — translating risks, impacts, and opportunities into clear guidance

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in MarTech and Product Management in a high-volume B2C technology-driven environment (fintech experience is a plus)
  • Deep MarTech domain expertise with hands-on experience across analytics and attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Braze, Firebase, Google Analytics, Amplitude, or similar), including a strong command of iOS tracking and measurement frameworks such as SKAdNetwork (SKAN)
  • Cross-functional leadership skills, with a history of aligning diverse stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, and external partners
  • Executive-ready communicator, able to simplify complex data and influence C-suite leaders, regulators, and network partners
  • Analytical hunter mindset with strong judgment - expert in SQL and data analysis (Python/R a plus), able to cut through noise in complex data to surface insights and drive decisive action
  • AI-driven curiosity - fluent in applying AI to real product work beyond the basics (e.g., idea generation, data analysis, workflow automation), with the instinct to make teams and leaders smarter through creative AI use cases
  • Technical curiosity and fluency; a Bachelor's degree in a technical field is a plus
