[Remote] Senior Consultant, Rehab - Oracle Health

They are seeking an experienced consultant to help design and implement Oracle Health Millennium solutions across Federal agencies, improving healthcare delivery and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on service line workflow, and guide them through interdependencies and design decision impacts
• Provide solution oversight, direction and expertise to stakeholders
• Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients
• Mitigate solution risks and issues
• Execute workflow and process improvement strategies
• Lead client meetings and events
• Drive internal team initiatives
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Skills

• 3-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health Millennium solutions
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus
• Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients
• Ability to travel as needed
• Due to specific client contract requirements, this position requires that the successful candidate be a U.S. citizen

• Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
