[Remote] Regional Sales Manager

They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute the go-to-market plan for their products in the Americas, drive growth in various segments, and build strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the go-to-market plan for FLASH, MCU, Sensors, PMU products in your assigned territory
- Drive growth in automotive, industrial, IoT, consumer, and computing segments through new design wins and expansion at existing accounts
- Build strong, strategic relationships with OEMs, Tier 1s, ODMs, and distribution partners to accelerate design-in and production orders
- Lead and motivate independent sales representatives — setting clear targets, providing tools and training, and driving accountability for design-win and revenue performance
- Manage the full sales cycle: identify and qualify opportunities, lead evaluations, win designs, and secure production commitments
- Maintain a robust sales funnel and accurate forecasts in the CRM system; proactively flag risks and challenges
- Collaborate closely with product marketing, FAEs, and operations to ensure customer requirements are met with speed and precision
- Represent GigaDevice Semiconductors in high-level customer meetings, negotiations, and industry events
- Travel frequently to engage customers and reps, ensuring GigaDevice Semiconductors maintains a strong presence in the region
Skills
- Proven track record in semiconductor sales, ideally in FLASH, MCU or related embedded products
- Established customer network and credibility in automotive, industrial, IoT, consumer electronics, or computing markets
- Demonstrated success taking products from introduction to qualification and volume revenue at Tier 1/Tier 2 customers
- Skilled at value-based selling, positioning both product performance and supply chain resilience
- Experience managing, motivating, and holding independent reps accountable for design-win and revenue goals
- Strong CRM discipline for pipeline management and forecasting
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- High integrity, proactive, results-oriented, and effective in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred; other technical or business degrees considered with relevant experience and track record
