[Remote] Associate Director, Consumer Marketing

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Stoke Therapeutics is a biotechnology company focused on restoring protein expression through RNA medicine. The Associate Director, Consumer Marketing will lead consumer activities related to disease education campaigns and the launch of their product, zorevunersen, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Executive Director, Zorevunersen Marketing on the development and deployment of the current DE campaign in the second half of 2026. Contribute to the evolution of the strategy and tactics of the DE campaign in anticipation of a potential launch in late 2027, early 2028
  • Own the tactical plan and execution, including the development of a KPI plan to assess the success of our efforts and understand where we need to evolve
  • Provide significant contribution to the development of a branded campaign and tactics
  • Collaborate with the Patient Support Lead to develop tactics for that channel
  • Help lead the development and execution of market research that generates actionable insights
  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership in managing relationships with marketing agencies and key external partners, ensuring seamless execution and optimization of marketing initiatives
  • Foster and strengthen collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure success of cross-functional initiatives and long-range plans
  • Lead the MLR process for Consumer tactics

Skills

  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in Marketing within the biopharma environment with 3+ years in Consumer Marketing preferred
  • Experience in consumer marketing strategy and tactic planning with the ability to communicate ideas to internal partners and external agencies
  • Consumer marketing experience in media, including digital marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to use data, insights, and structured analysis to inform decisions, challenge assumptions, and recommend evidence-based actions
  • The ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects is essential
  • A strong collaborator who works well with cross-functional colleagues and can foster productive working relationships
  • 20% domestic travel is required. The majority of the travel will be on the East Coast
  • Experience in a small or medium-sized company is strongly preferred
  • Experience in launching a product is highly preferred
