IDC is a premier global provider of trusted technology intelligence, and they are seeking an Enterprise Account Director to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients. The role focuses on deep account penetration, long-term relationship management, and driving revenue expansion through consultative selling and value-based solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage an enterprise book of business, ensuring revenue retention and year-over-year growth
  • Develop and execute account strategies to expand wallet share across assigned enterprise clients
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned to client business objectives
  • Forecast revenue accurately and manage pipeline activity in CRM systems

Skills

  • Required degree: Bachelor's or equivalent industry experience
  • 10+ years of sale experience
  • Essential technical skills (e.g., software proficiency, technical competencies)
  • Experience using Salesforce and accurate forecasting
  • 25% travel required (100% remote outside of travel requirements)
